![]() ![]() Finally, 1 week before Easter, when prices went high, the TT confirmed that my accommodation was indeed not available any more. I resorted to writing on their Facebook and even though they said all that sorry and crap, they never did anything about it. They promised to call me in maximum 48 hours, which they never did. I grew more and more anxious and frustrated. After another week I had to call them again and they said they still did not know what was happening. Despite my email to them! They said they would investigate and call me. Let me say this, reaching them wasn't always easy and I often wasted a lot of time waiting on the line and getting really frustrated! When I did reach them, they acted like they had no idea about it. Wait, it's not over! I then called them and asked them. They did not get back to me for over 2 weeks. ![]() Can you believe? I was going to go there and no hotel! I emailed TT and asked for an explanation. The answer came back saying "we are actually closed during that period and informed our agents about this". 1 month before I was due to go on my holiday, I sent the hotel an email asking if it would be possible for us to add one more person in the accommodation. When I was on the phone with them, somehow they kept increasing the price, which should have told me something but I was desperate to book it so I went with it. So I went ahead and booked it well in advance. I wanted to go away for Easter, for a much needed break following a stressful period. I booked a holiday with them early this year. Well I can imagine you do not need this advice anymore but out there someone thinking about booking with TT can be saved! ![]()
